The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our family feel right at home. We loved the spacious room and took full advantage of the self-service drinks area. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the cenote, which was an absolute hit with the kids.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities onsite.

Tranquil oasis near cenote zací
Our stay felt like living in a colorful postcard. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing us with insights on local restaurants and attractions. Enjoyed relaxing in the beautifully maintained courtyard and crystal-clear pool. Don't forget to utilize the shared kitchen. it’s a nice touch that made our meals special!
While Real Haciendas is a gem, it’s worth noting that the hotel doesn’t have an onsite restaurant. However, there’s a shop next door, and a 10-minute walk to the main plaza offered plenty of dining options. This didn’t hinder our experience, but a little on-site dining would have been a bonus.
