I stayed at Real Haciendas for a few days during my visit to Valladolid. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated, capturing the authentic hacienda feel. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The pool area in the back was charming, although I didn't have a chance to use it. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready yet. They assured us it would only take 15 minutes, but it actually took an hour to get the second room. The room itself was nice, but lacked some details like towel hooks and a spacious bathroom. Initially, they forgot to provide towels and when they did, they were wet. The shower had low water pressure and no hot water, although this was resolved by the next morning. The breakfast menu only included select items, and when I wanted something not included, they wanted to charge me extra.

The basic amenities provided in the well-equipped rooms, like coffee, were a nice touch that made us feel at home on the ground floor. Additionally, the location of this hotel in a lively authentic neighborhood was perfect. We loved exploring the streets filled with delicious street food nearby. Oh, and the breakfast! It was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

The courtyard and pool area were very charming, providing a lovely place to relax during our stay. The breakfast served was enjoyable and the shower pressure was great. We also appreciated the hotel's location near the market and a cenote.
The room lacked certain amenities like a fridge and iron which would have been useful during our stay. The noise from the surrounding neighborhood, particularly the sound of roosters in the morning, was a disturbance.
